4000W HBC Bi-directional DC-DC Converter

The 4000W Bi-directional DC-DC converter provides a complete solution for high-voltage e-mobility step-down applications such as low voltage auxiliary power systems from a high voltage source. The HBC series is ideal for use with Electric Vehicles (EV), Hybrid Electric Vehicles (HEV) and any vehicle application required to power auxiliary systems (APS) from a higher voltage source.

The 400S12.3KOHVC 3-kW step-down power converters provide high performance under extreme conditions. The 400S12.3KOHVC has an input voltage range from 230Vdc to 420Vdc and provides an isolated 12Vdc regulated output for powering auxiliary equipment. The HVC converters are isolated and available in air-cooled or liquid-cooled, ruggedized IP-rated enclosures.

The 600-Watt IHC is a new series of AC-DC harsh environment industrial power supplies. The IHC series is aimed at ruggedized and special applications that require operation in extreme industrial environmental conditions. The product enclosure is an IP66 sealed convection/conduction cooled assembly that can be baseplate mounted to a thermal (cold) plate or natural convection cooled.

240W LPE DC-DC Converter

The “On-Board” DC/DC Converter is a ruggedized DC-DC power module intended to be permanently installed “on board” a mobile battery system application. The converter module is designed to operate from a 48Vdc (nominal) motive power battery source and provide a 12Vdc (nominal) output (at 20Adc) for power system control electronics. Optimized for harsh environments that require battery-operated systems.

750W BCE Bi-directional IP Rated DC-DC Converter

The 750 Watt 48S12.750BCE Bi-directional non-isolated DC/DC converter with an IP67 rating, provides a complete solution for ruggedized e-Mobility power distribution with 48V/12V battery configurations for a variety of applications including micro and mild hybrid e-Mobility systems.

360W TCE DC-DC Converter

The 360 Watt TCE is a wide-input (6:1) DC/DC converter that provides a precisely regulated dc output. The output voltage is fully isolated from the input, allowing the output to be positive or negative polarity and with various ground connections. TCE meets the most rigorous performance standards in a ruggedized chassis mount package for mobile (12VIN), and process control (24VIN), and industrial (48 VIN).

360W TCM DC-DC Converter

The TCM series of DC/DC converters combines the leading edge technology of the 360 Watt MTW series with a chassis mount metal case. The chassis mount case is designed for mounting to an enclosure or Din-Rail applications. The 4:1 input range, industry leading efficiencies, and precisely regulated output make the TCM series an excellent power solution for battery applications.

300W CHR DC-DC Converter

The CHR series is a 300W stand alone, system level, chassis mount isolated DC-DC converter. The converter features an ultra-wide 10:1 input range, designed to accept nominal battery voltages from 24V to 110V in a single product. The CHR is ideally suited for Railway applications, meeting EN50155 standard in a single package. The output voltage has a wide trim range -10%/+15% of Vnominal, and features a constant current output profile ideally suited for high inductive/capacitive loading.

150W HCM DC-DC Converter

9-36VDC and 18-75VDC input, 150W, isolated Chassis Mount DC/DC

The 4:1 Input Voltage 150 Watt HCM Series includes remote sensing, output trim, and remote ON/OFF. Through holes are provided to allow easy mounting or add a heat sink for extended temperature use. Integrated terminal blocks allow for easy connectivity. An optional DIN Rail Adapter is available for DIN Rail Mounting the HCM.

75W QCM DC-DC Converter

18-36 VDC input, 75W, isolated Chassis Mount DC/DC

The 75W QCM Series is housed in a ruggedized chassis mount enclosure with recessed barrier strips for added protection. Integrated terminal blocks allow for easy connectivity. An optional DIN Rail Adapter is available for DIN Rail Mounting the QCM.
